Accessible Family Duplex
Location: Mid City, Los Angeles
About: This project renovated a large 1920’s duplex and upgraded it for accessibility. The Client moved into the ground floor unit with her husband and sons, one of which is in a wheelchair. The upstairs unit is occupied by her aging parents. The residential elevator and additional accessibilty features were incorporated into building without detracting from the vintage charm of the original structure.
